My husband Brandon and I purchased this beautiful beach house in the coastal community of Watercolor, FL. We love the 30A area and the memories we have made over the years with our own families. This is actually our second and third home in the 30A area. We feel we have provided everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation in Watercolor and we look forward to sharing our beach house with your Family!

We began our search for our first beach house in the 30A area in June of 2016. After months of searching, we decided to purchase our first home in Seagrove, in the beautiful and quaint neighborhood of The Grove by the Sea. As our kids have grown, we found ourselves loving the amenities of the Watercolor community.

We are located in the highly sought after community of Watercolor, Florida. Our community includes quaint streets, bike paths, nature trails, boathouse with paddleboards, kayaks and so much more. Our guests have access to the Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, multiple community pools, parks, award winning tennis center, trails, and many restaurants. Watercolor has all the amenities for a great vacation on 30A and we look forward to having your family at our homes!
